Novú mitru dostal Mons. Gualtiero Isacchi, ECLJ , arcibiskup v Monreale .

CONSEGNATA LA MITRIA AL NUOVO CAPPELLANO MAGGIORE DEL GRAN BALIATO E DEL VENERANDO CAPITOLO DEI CAVALIERI DI SAN LAZZARO DI GERUSALEMME IN MONREALE

Nel perpetuare quella che costituisce, ormai, una tradizione del Gran Baliato e del Venerando Capitolo dei Cavalieri di San Lazzaro in Monreale, è stata consegnata all’arcivescovo di Monreale Mons. Gualtiero Isacchi, ECLJ, la mitria che indosserà tutte le volte che parteciperà alle cerimonie liturgiche nella sua qualità di nuovo Cappellano Maggiore, come già avvenne per il suo predecessore e Gran Priore Ecclesiastico dell’Ordine, Mons. Michele Pennisi.

La mitria, ricamata in oro, a mano, su pura seta, sarà custodita nel tesoro del Gran Baliato, unitamente a quella tuttora utilizzata dal Gran Priore Ecclesiastico dell’Ordine, e la visione ne sarà resa fruibile a coloro che visiteranno la Chiesa Capitolare.

MITER PRESENTED TO THE NEW SENIOR CHAPLAIN OF THE GRAND BAILIWICK AND THE VENERABLE CHAPTER OF THE KNIGHTS OF ST. LAZARUS OF JERUSALEM IN MONREALE

In perpetuating what has now become a tradition of the Grand Bailiwick and the Venerable Chapter of the Knights of St. Lazarus in Monreale, the miter that he will wear every time he participates in liturgical ceremonies as the new Chaplain Major, as was already the case for his predecessor and Ecclesiastical Grand Prior of the Order, Monsignor Michele Pennisi, was presented to the Archbishop of Monreale, Monsignor Gualtiero Isacchi, ECLJ.

The miter, embroidered in gold, by hand, on pure silk, will be kept in the treasury of the Grand Bailiwick, together with the one still used by the Order’s Grand Ecclesiastical Prior, and its vision will be made available to those who visit the Chapter Church.
